We believe in God's established order of government for the church and the home, with the men being in the capacity of leadership and the women in willing submission. Headship is first revealed in Genesis 3:16, further reiterated in Ephesians 5:23-24, and practiced in New Testament church order with the symbolic practices of the uncovered head of the man and the covered head of the woman during the meeting of the church.
